At Cricketing Doctorz we strive to ensure that every customer receives quality products and excellent service. This Cancellation & Replacement Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled or products may be replaced.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may be eligible for a replacement if the product meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

A replacement may be provided if:
The product received is damaged during transit.
The wrong product has been delivered.

The item received is significantly different from the item ordered.
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 HOURS of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be retained.
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers may be required to submit clear photographs and an unboxing video for verification.
Replacement requests may not be accepted for:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Products showing signs of use or wear.
Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective or damaged).
Claims made after the replacement window has expired.
To request a replacement:
1. Contact our customer support team within 24hrs of delivery.
2. Provide:
Order Number
Description of the issue
Photographs of the product
Unboxing video (Mandatory)
3. Our team will review the request and may arrange a return pickup if required.
4. Upon approval, a replacement product will be shipped subject to stock availability.
Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
A similar product of equal value, or
A refund as per our Refund Policy.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:
Take photographs before opening the package.
Record an unboxing video.
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this period may affect eligibility for replacement.
